Health Care Administration
The Associate of Science Degree in Health Care Administration at Iowa Central has been developed to provide students who are entering and those currently in field advancement opportunities within the health science and related fields. Graduates of the program will become managers in the health profession. Individuals will plan, supervise, and direct the delivery of healthcare. Depending upon the size of the facility, graduates will be able to cover a variety of tasks with this program since the coursework is diverse. Courses will cover materials including: Aging Population, Health Care, and Business courses such as Economics, Management and Accounting.

Courses
A student is to have a “C” or better grade in any course that starts with HCA. Any exception will have to be approved in writing by the Program Director and Director of the Department.
