Iowa Central College Online Computer Kit Agreement

The Associate of Applied Sciences in Computer Networking Technology Degree program gives you the opportunity for hands-on development to administer a local area network, install and troubleshoot communication hardware/software and integrate technologies that the business world demands.
 
This requires a Computer Kit to be shipped to you for use in specific courses related to your Computer Networking Technologies degree program.
 
  • You must supply a monitor to use with the computer kit.
  • You must have a credit card number on file.
  • You will be shipped the computer kit midway through your first block of courses which includes Microcomputer Fundamentals and/or Math for Liberal Arts.
  • You have transfer credit? Then you will be shipped a computer kit by the start of NET 790 PC Support I.
  • You leave the program for any reason prior to the start of NET 790 and you're responsible for returning the computer kit to Iowa Central or your credit card will be charged $700 for the cost of the kit.
  • You must complete NET 790 PC Support 1, in order to keep the Computer Kit without penalty ($700) .
  • You will be charged for missing components if you return the computer kit without certain components.
  • You complete NET 790 and the computer kit is yours to keep as you will be using it in a number of courses throughout the program.
