Please be as descriptive as possible in when leaving any type of message.

The help desk is open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time. If you are unsure about the time conversion where you live, go to http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/ and click on Minneapolis (Iowa has the same time as Minneapolis).
